About Celt
We create feasts that use rich meats, vegetables, herbs and berries that would have been hunted or foraged by Celtic society, featuring ingredients with healing properties.
Our catering Banquet Menu consists of dishes that will transport you to a forgotten world, and that actively heal your body through specially selected herbs and plants.

Pan seared scallops
Nettle and fennel soup with crusty sage bread
Mains:
Roasted Venison with juniper and blackberry sauce
Herb roasted Lamb rack with wild garlic pesto and lamb gravy
Beetroot and goats cheese terrine with toasted walnuts and crispy sage
Roasted seasonal vegetables – cavelo nero, sprouting broccoli, carrots, beetroot, squash
Steamed Barley
Fresh sage plated spelt loaves
Dessert:
Spiced poached pears with a honey caramel sauce
Almond cake with a dark cherry hot compote
Heritage cheese with fresh figs, grapes and rye crackers
