We couldn’t have had a better experience. So easy to deal with, a local team. They looked super professional and made the birthday a real hit. Thank you so much and happy to recommend or use again.

Some teething problems as staff got lost (I do live in the middle of nowhere). But once they arrived was lovely service from some nice young people.

Arrived nice and early at the venue to set up The guests all enjoyed the waffles, But I was told they would be in a long shape as I thought that would be easier to eat but they were a round shape ones, The lady told me she hadn't used the equipment before so this caused me to worry ! Even though she was a lovely and confident, she did figure it out, but I feel there should of been someone there that had previously used the equipment. There also wasn't any milk chocolate, what my daughter wanted, so even though they did taste good it's a shame there was no fruit either. Also requested one gluten free waffle, my niece, said this was served cold, as they couldn't put it on the same equipment as the other mixture,
