WHO AM I?
Hi, My name is Mark Mellor I have worked in kitchens for the past 15 years, whether that be within hotels, restaurants, corporate suites, and events venues. I have built a career based on traditional cooking methods, however, in the past 5/6 years, I have focused on developing my skills as a patisserie and pastry chef, as this is where my passion lies. I am incredibly passionate about my products and use this as inspiration for the designs and products I deliver to my customers.

My vision at Daisy Mud Pie is to create fairy tale, fantasy cakes that capture elegance and class to make your special day epic, fabulous, and a dream come true.

Cakes can be portrayed in any vision or theme to best suit your occasion, event, wedding, or celebration. Creating something unique and bespoke is essential to the Daisy Mud Pie name and is what sets us apart from the competition.

After enjoying the artistry, it's time to enjoy the product for what it is, a cake. I will be honest, I have a sweet tooth and am a sucker for a decadent dessert, and working in professional kitchens for over 15 years I can lead you to designing your dream cake. Could it be red velvet, cookie dough, triple chocolate, ginger, caramel, or a family favourite, my cakes are designed to hit the spot both visually and in flavour.
