Hi I'm Emile a chef running my Citroen HY ,vintage van.,and my coffee vintage van ,Cooking mediterranean food with middle eastern twist, like falafel, lamb kofta and home made hummus., vegan and vegetarian Are one of our specialties as well,

I have been cooking for 25 years and I've cooked in many countries but now putting all my experience into very simple, high-quality, fresh Mediterranean food.

I'm very proud of my food and love seeing people enjoying what I cook. Food brings people together and that's what I love.
