Carl and Vanessa owners of the award winning ELM Vintage Bar Hire pride ourselves in supplying you with a hassle free, fully managed and professional mobile bar set up, complete with a state of the art draft beer system for those refreshing pints, professional bottle fridges with LED backlights, gorgeous glassware and a Morden and flexible payment system complete with card payment facility. We will even take care of your license applications for you.
We welcome enquiries from anywhere within Norfolk and Suffolk and we can be hired out for weddings, birthdays, corporate events and community events, so whether you are planning an extravagant occasion or working to a budget we can offer a range of services to suit your needs. Every event is tailored to your requirements and we’ll keep you involved throughout.

Adaptable under pressure
Russell, Amy and Callum were brilliant. Russell communicated with us clearly and when it was clear we were busier than expected, was helpful and calm. Invaluable to stressed party organisers!

Fantastic bar hire
The team had a lovely rustic mobile bar which serverd a great range of drinks at a reasonable price. They were also happy to accommodate a couple of special requests for my guests. I would definitely book again or recommend to anyone who needs a pop up bar. Thanks for making sure our party guests had plenty of drinks and our delayed wedding party a special night.
Wedding
Absolutely brilliant team and service. We hired for our wedding reception that took place in a village hall the team was so helpful When we were setting up as well as setting up themselves. Everyone loved it and really went well with our theme. Staff were so polite and friendly and I believe everyone had a good night

Great service
Received a great service from Elm vintage bars, my guests were catered for in a professional manner and the guys dealt with all requests for drinks, very happy with the service I received. I would like to point out that I had to source a gazebo for the bar, as this is a mobile bar I thought they would provide their own, however this is the only point that needs constructive feedback, apart from that, I was very impressed.
CAN'T WAIT TO USE THEM AGAIN!!!
From the initial booking to the day after of packing up, the team at ELM were brilliant. Vanessa did a site visit and the day before Carl and the Team came to set up where we met who would be looking after us for the day at our garden wedding. Communication was ongoing throughout the whole booking and they listened and delivered our requirements. Sue & Laura looked after us on the day and did not stop working until packing up, however, they still had smiles on their faces. A very professional service and what great people.
