Event Decor and Bar

Booked and paid in full in advance for the services of Event Decor & Bar.. Unfortunately due to a bereavement we had to cancel the event.. I contacted Heather and agreed on a part payment refund which she said she would refund as soon as she could. This agreement was on 1st October 2018 I am still awaiting payment 03/12/18 and having tried numerous times to make contact she is now ignoring my calls and messages. I am now in the process of seeking legal action to recover the money I am owed. Definitely not a professional way to run a business and I will not recommend anyone else to pay money to this company.

The staff were professional and helpful, they even accepted delivery during the day for me while I wasn't there, helping the big day roll smoothly onwards.

1st up, prices are great value for money compared to a lot of the other mobile bars that quoted me. Bar had full use of kitchen and hatches so no need for a stand alone setup.

This helped the drinks flow on the night.

While a little rough round the edges i.e. glass collection off track; the team did a great job keeping everyone served quickly so never a queue at the bar.
The guys helped build the brilliant atmosphere on the night.

Definitely recommended.

Event Decor and Bar were a very friendly bar. I had some concerns before the event as i worry about everything, but emails or text messages were responded to, fears were allayed.

On the day, they turned up when they said they would and were happy and chatty whilst setting up. Everyone at our party said the bar was great, the prices were reasonable.

They also stayed behind at the end of the evening so my wife wasn't on her own when I wasn't back from ferrying family members home. They didn't need to - they just seemed like genuinely nice people.

Would definitely use them again.

Terrible service, do not use these people. Turned up at the wrong venue which was 45 minutes away and only arrived 2 and a half hours later nearly an hour after our event had started. Used the excuse that 2 mobile phones had run out of battery so had got lost, obviously the use of a map eluded them. When they did turn up they were dressed very untidy with one of the staff having food stains all down his top. We had to go out and buy enough alcohol for all our guests in in the time before they arrived which was stressful and spoiled our night as we'd spent so long organising it. They refunded the cost of the glasses and bar and agreed to give us part of the alcohol costs back so we we not out of pocket, which we've never received back.

Lovely people very good service. I will always use this company when i need a bar, all my guessed was very happy with the prices of the drinks and they do not give you watered down stuff like most do, so a massive thank you guys and see you soon x

Gnosall bar provided the bar for my wedding reception on Saturday 29th July in a village hall. They arrived in plenty of time to set up and after a few teething problems got everything set up and ready to go for the 6pm start we agreed. They had a great variety of drinks and the prices were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again. Thank you

Gnosal bar service attended our charity event and went above and beyond for making the night even got their children involved to help with children's entertainment. Great value on the bar and good variety of stock. I would highly recommend this company for any event or party you may have and for a charity event give them a call and be amazed at the kindness and generosity and advice they give.
