Fast Five

We are Fast Five, smoothie specialists based in Sussex. Fast Five aims to give people their ‘fast way to five a day’. Each smoothie contains at least 5 fruits and/or vegetables to aid a healthy lifestyle. Our delicious smoothies are the perfect refreshment for a summer’s day. We sell a wide range of smoothies that are blended to order, along with a variety of healthy snacks. All products are vegan, and the ingredients and allergen information are clearly labelled on all our freshly blended products.

At events, we can also bring along my famous ‘smoothie bikes’, which allow customers to blend their own smoothies. The bikes go down really well with families and children especially and are a fun and interactive way of getting our product out to customers. Last year, we featured on Virgin Radio’s Breakfast Show with Chris Evans and Rob Brydon as part of Carfest South Festival.
