We offer a unique catering experience. Our homemade made dough is cooked fresh to order in front of you, then filled with balanced & flavoursome ingredients. Accompanied with lovingly made dips, pickles, chutneys & spice blends. We believe in simple, uncomplicated flavours.
We create everything ourselves using locally and organically sourced ingredients wherever possible - freshness is key.
The environment that provides us with these ingredients is also very important to us! We use compostable cutlery, food containers, napkins etc. We use no single-use plastics.
We are mainly are street food stand - taking our stand to events and serving from this.
Its frame is a 3x3m gazebo, then, using recycled wood, we create a rustic, aesthetically pleasing front.
Finally, we were a finalist in the Sussex Street Food of the Year 2019 competition, the only solely vegetarian/vegan nomination.
We are based in Chichester and operate out of St. James' Industrial Estate.
