Our Experience, Milestones & Achievements

Florals of Splendour was registered in 2020 and officially launched in 2022, born from a love of creativity, event styling and a desire to offer beautiful, allergy-friendly floral décor without the maintenance or waste of fresh flowers.

Although the business officially launched in 2022, our experience in events goes back much further. Before Florals of Splendour, we worked within catering, event organisation and venue setups, supporting weddings, corporate events, community celebrations and large-scale occasions. This gave us a strong understanding of how events run behind the scenes — from timings and logistics to presentation and guest experience.

Since launching, we have grown into a family-run floral and event décor business, creating luxury artificial floral arrangements, wedding styling, centrepieces, arches, backdrops, balloon décor and bespoke event installations across London, Essex and surrounding areas.

We are proud to have won awards with Hitched in both 2023 and 2024, recognising the quality of our service and the experience we provide to our couples. We are also recommended suppliers and have received over 70 five-star reviews on Google, which means so much to us as a family-run business.

A key milestone has been building a trusted family-led team that can handle both the creative design and practical setup, helping clients enjoy a smoother, more stress-free event experience.

Florals of Splendour is a family-run business built on creativity, care and professional standards.

Our founder, Claudette Jones, completed the Online Professional Business of Floristry & Events Styling Course with Credit at Judith Blacklock Flower School, Knightsbridge in 2021. She also holds a Diploma in Wedding Planner and Events Management from Stonebridge Associated Colleges, achieved with Distinction.
