Flour’d Up is a Cardiff based, mobile, wood fired pizza company. We offer traditional Neapolitan pizzas, trading at farmers markets, street food events and private parties around South and Mid Wales.
About Flour'd Up
At Flour’d Up we put a big emphasis on the quality of our pizzas. Our dough is hand made using the finest Italian “00” flour. We incorporate our own sourdough starter to give it a unique light base. It’s then slowly fermented for at least 48 hours. We use Italian San Marzano tomatoes on all of our bases. Trealy Farm, Monmouth supply us with cured meats such as their Welsh beef pepperoni, sobrasada and salamis.
We specialise in catering for weddings and private parties and we’ve been fortunate to work in some amazing locations across South Wales. Booking with us is a really simple process and we’re able to offer experienced advice to help everything run smoothly. Being based in Cardiff, we trade a lot of street food events around the city. We trade fortnightly at Cardiff university for Cardiff farmers markets and we occasionallly pop up at Roath market.
As well as street food events around South Wales, we’re regulars with Cardiff Farmers Market. We love to cater for special occasions and weddings and we have a wealth of experience. From pop ups at coffee shops to food festivals.
