About Flour and Flame
Simon is a chef and likes making pizza. Mike is Italian and likes eating pizza. Together we have created Flour and Flame and sell our favourite Neapolitan style pizza which has a deliciously chewy crust and a thin base.
We have a substantial list of well thought out toppings and can provide for almost any dietary requirement. In addition to our pizzas at weddings and private parties, we can provide savory and sweet buffets or table sharers so you can have pizza as your wedding breakfast or event with anti pasti boards, salads, cheeses and dips to keep everyone happy and chatting around the table. We also provide canapes and desserts so can make the whole day happen.
Everything is made from scratch with locally and sustainably sourced ingredients, including the wood that is used to fire the ovens. We can also serve beer brewed and bottled at Branscombe brewery if the event allows it.
Our mission is to provide some seriously yummy pizza at your event. We love it and we hope you will too.
Typical Clients
We have a very quick set up and pack down time as we can just pull up and begin so our service is good for weddings and private parties but we are just as comfortable at street food markets and festivals.

Absolutely perfect!
We couldn’t have asked for better service or food!! It ran completely seamlessly and was a massive hit! People were raving about the pizzas all night! The guys are lovely and the genuinely couldn’t have made the whole thing any easier!
Fantastic Service
