From the start of our journey together we get to know you personally and curate a menu understanding your vision and our skills to provide the most natural of occasions. For us guest and client experience is of utmost priority, and we’ll always go over and above to ensure it’s never forgotten.
Flourish is also available to work with a small number of businesses in a consultancy role. From advising start-up restaurants to struggling hotel kitchens that need an overhaul, we can provide a tailored service to get the operation back on track.

Lovely food
We wanted something fairly simple compared to the level Ryan usually does but he did us well, just what we needed after a few days hen partying. Everything was just perfect.
Amazing food, seamless service
Ryan prepared an amazing 5-course tasting menu for our party of 9. Beautiful food, expertly prepared, with a menu tailored to our preference (including wine recommendations). He and Katie looked after us attentively but unobtrusively throughout the evening, and left us with a clear kitchen at the end of the night. Looking forward to finding an excuse to do it all again!!!
