Galloway Activity Centre

The Mobile Climbing Wall is a great addition to any event or activity day and is suitable for a wide range of ages. There are 4 different routes on the climbing wall and our instructors will guide and coach participants as they challenge themselves.

The Climbing Wall stands at 7 meters tall and can be erected on any flat and firm surface. The Wall operates on an auto belay system and we bring everything needed to set up a safe and fun Climbing Experience on your site.

At the Galloway Activity Centre, we have been running activities and adventure training for 35 years on the shores of Loch Ken. We have a team of enthusiastic and qualified outdoor instructors and travel all over Scotland and Northern England with our Mobile Climbing Wall.

The wall is regularly inspected by an external, ERCA recognised inspection body, this includes certification on weld integrity and the functionality of the belay system. The hydraulic system is independently certificated by a LOLER certified hydraulics inspector. Our instructors are well trained and regularly externally assessed to prove their competence to run safe and fun sessions, to safely erect and lower the wall and to conduct safe rescues.

We also run: Laser Tag, Archery, Bubble Football, Mountain Bike Skills, Axe Throwing and a variety of watersports (dependent on suitable location).
