We make tacos with a twist; incorporating ideas from cuisines around the world.
We have strong values about sustainability, high welfare meat, and using local businesses to supply us. We use fantastic daily fresh fish, caught in British waters. It is MSC labeled and certified sustainable.
Our tacos are made using high welfare, free-range, grass-fed, and locally farmed meat, from our local butchers Charlotte's Butchery in Gosforth. The fruit and vegetables we use are supplied by Greenwell, who is right next door to our butchers!
All of our packaging is eco-friendly. Our plates are made from sugarcane which is 100% compostable and can also be recycled through waste paper channels.
