Griffs Pizza

At Griff's Pizza we fire up delicious Neapolitan style Pizza from our local market stall on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We use authentic Italian and locally sourced ingredients to produce wonderful aromatic, light, and airy Pizzas.

We started our journey over 2 years ago when we decided to start baking throughout the pandemic. 2 years ago we managed to get a spot on a local market trading 2 days a week and have continued to grow ever since. We love making Pizzas and have always had a huge passion for cooking and baking. We make our own dough in-house by hand and with the help from a spiral dough mixer, producing a 24 hour room temperature fermented dough - made with the simplest ingredients, which the greatest Pizza makers of Naples also use. Slung and slapped out by hand, our Pizzas are made to order and you will receive a thin, crispy and delightfully digestible Pizza.
