Welcome to Grill Master Barbecue Catering Service. We are a family run all weather outdoor catering company available for hire. We operate in Essex and surrounding counties in England.
We pride ourselves in providing you the best quality grill and roast for all your events. The creativity in our grills has made us the one stop shop for all outdoor catering, BBQ catering, and corporate events. We have new flavours and an exciting range of meat, poultry and sea food for you to choose from, including any special request. All our food is fresh and sourced from local produce and our suppliers are in London and Essex.
We grill using traditional charcoal grill and can provide a gas grill if you prefer in a safe, friendly and professional environment. Our menu is available to view on request. We are very compliant, and have all our risk assessments(Available on request), We have a level 3 - Food Safety & Hygiene for catering certificate, Food & Hygiene rating of 5 from Barking and Dagenham Council, Allergy Certification by The Food Standards Agency ,PAT tested equipment, Fire training certificate, in addition we have full public liability insurance up to 5,000,000 and Employee Liability Insurance up to 10,000,000.

We had a lot of food left over a.
We were very happy with the quality and content of the hog roast and sides and the cakes were to die for. All of our guests were very happy with food as well
Great value service
Provided good quality food at a reasonable price. Food was ready when planned and everybody enjoyed it.
Lovely team, very organised & great with customers
We hired these two for a Burns Night supper and they were incredible! They provided haggis, vegan haggis, chicken and all the burns night trimmings! Everything was super tasty, there was plenty for everyone and they are lovely to work with. Very organised, tidy and on time!

Uzo provided great food. He arrived on time, setup and served the food without any stress to me.

Uzo is a very polite and professional individual. After confirmation of booking he was in touch instantly and everything was planned within the phone call.
Was here on time so very punctual and was ready to go even earlier than the agreed time.
The food produced was 5 stars, also I noticed he made sure all the children were catered for before people came back for seconds.
Overall could not of asked for any better and was the perfect way to cater for my party.
Also added bonus there was no clearing up, he dealt with it all.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Uzo was brilliant. Prior to the event he was in regular contact to ensure everything was covered. On the day he arrived early and everything was on time. Service was excellent. Uzo was keen to ensure we enjoyed our party without having to worry about the catering. Quality of food was excellent. Piping hot and loads of it! Extensive range of sauces and extras to accompany the hog roast. All good that was left was boxed up for us to take home. I would highly recommend Grillmaster.

Friendly and professional
Uzo catered for my husbands 40th Birthday party. The food was great, so many guests commented on how fantastic it was. Service by Uzo himself was with a smile the entire evening. The whole experience was very professional from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone.
