Our Story

Hamilton’s Events was founded in 2004 by award-winning chef Carter Williamson, a New Zealand–born chef with more than 30 years of experience working in prestigious restaurants internationally. The company was created to offer personalised event catering with a strong focus on high-quality ingredients, creative menus, and professional service.

The business has grown over the years and now provides catering for many types of events, ranging from small private dinners to large functions with hundreds of guests. Their aim is to deliver memorable events by combining excellent food, attention to detail, and experienced event staff. 

Our Team

Hamilton’s Events catering team is made up of experienced professionals who work together to plan, prepare, and deliver catering services for events such as weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. The team combines culinary skills, event management experience, and professional service staff to ensure events run smoothly. 

Experience

With more than 30 years of experience working in prestigious restaurants internationally. We have worked with and had long lasting relationships with Ebay, PayPal, Mclaren to name but a few including many blue chip companies.catering fro large scale events to small dinner parties and private home catering.

Impeccable service!

I can’t praise Hamiltons highly enough for the service they provided at my recent 40th birthday party, it was impeccable. Carter and his team were highly professional, made us feel at ease the minute they walked through the door and took care of absolutely everything food and drinks wise. The canapés were exquisite - I had so many complements on the food from all my guests. We were all blown away by the quality of the food and the warmth and efficiency of the staff. They made my evening run very smoothly which was exactly what I needed. I would 100% hire them again. Thank you so much Hamiltons!

The whole experience was superb !

The company - The Little Picnic Company - couldn't have been better in terms of their service, communication, delivery and the excellence of the food provided. Our son and his partner, who were the recipients of the meal, couldn't have been happier - said it was probably the best meal they'd ever had !!! What more can we say !!! We will most definitely be using them again for special occasions

Hamiliton's were great

Scrumptious food , friendly service , well organised bar. Tidied away with all empties out for recycling . Guests very impressed. So well organised . Would recommend Hamilton's to everyone

Fabulous food, drink and service

Many thanks for looking after us so wonderfully for my daughter's 18th birthday party. The canapés and cocktails and wine were perfect as was the service with Kerry and Liberty who were very attentive and great fun as well. I look forward to seeing you again at other parties we hold and would recommend you strongly to anyone looking for a competent outfit providing great food and drink. Thank you!
