My name is Harold I am a chef with a lot of experience. I am very well driven and have strong desire to achieve good results. I provide with dinner parties events, corporate event catering and weddings.

My name is Harold I am a chef with a lot of experience and I have worked in a lot of restaurants and hotels. In hotels my job was mainly ala carte and banqueting which involved a lot of weddings, conferences, private dinner parties and sport events. I have hosted football teams Manchester United, Bristol City, Bristol Rovers and a few lower division football teams. I have also hosted Womens Cricket world cup teams and my job, is to ensure that I meet the teams strict diets and ensuring breakfast,lunch and dinner food standards are high. I have a lot of experience and passion for my job and I do weddings, dinner parties and all other events.

Absolute fantastic service and delicious food

I can’t recommend Chef Harold enough, the communication, adjustments for last minute dietary requests and professionalism in the lead up was brilliant. The food on the day was delicious. Canapés, starter, main & dessert all did not disappoint, it was top restaurant quality and made our brides hen do so so special, she is a real foody and absolutely loved it - we all did! It was also lovely to have a waitress, she was so great at just fading into the background and didn’t interrupt our night at all. The clean up at the end of the night was immaculate- we couldn’t even tell they’d been in the kitchen! If we could give 10 stars we would. Really really excellent! Thank you both!

Fantastic service

Chef Harold provided a fantastic service for my 60th and my wife's 65th at a family and freinds gathering. Everything was timed to perfection and food was cooked and tasted beautifully. I would certainly recommend for any event. Thank you Chef Harold.

Excellent food and service - highly recommended

We were again delighted to welcome Harold and Anna Maria into our home - for the second time. Harold works really hard from the moment of arrival and the food was again excellent. There is an obvious attention to detail. Anna Maria was highly attentive and having her on hand meant no breaks from the table for any of the 13 of us attending the party. We would highly recommend Chef Harold and Anna Maria for your home event.

Great food and great service

I booked HB Chef for a dinner for 12 at a house we had hired for my daughter’s hen do. His pricing was very reasonable and he offered a wide range of dishes including special dietary requirements. On the night he worked very quickly in an unknown kitchen and the food was delicious. He supplied a waitress who was very helpful and they cleared up afterwards and left no mess. It was a very successful evening.
