As a chef, I take an intuitive approach to cooking. First, I take into account the guests, then the location, season, occasion and vibe; my menus follow from there, resulting in food experiences that fit the occasion, mood and vibe perfectly. It's so important to me that everyone I feed feels relaxed, nourished and satisfied at the table. And dietaries are my super-power - no guest left behind!
I cook for events of all sizes, including:
- Birthdays, celebrations & commemorations - Intimate weddings (up to ~100) - Corporate retreats and away days - Wellness retreats - Private family chef - Workshops and demos - Supper clubs
I can provide a full service, from bespoke menu planning to table design and decor to complement the menu, and from crockery and glass hire to bar service and wine pairing. My amazing service team is friendly, meticulous and committed to creating magical experiences.
