About Hearts Together Event Planning and Management

At Hearts Together Event Planning and Management, our goal is to provide a high quality service that aims to meet and even exceed our clients' expectations. We go the extra mile to deliver your dream event so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it without worrying about breaking the bank.

Our services include event catering, venue styling, balloon decorations, wedding and party planning and organising, as well as buffet and table service. We can also liaise with other service providers, e.g. photographers, DJs, cake makers, comperes, tailors and headgear tying service providers for African tradtional weddings.

We are registered with the Food Standards Agency and have a Food Hygiene rating of 5, which is the highest ranking, so you can be assured that utmost care and attention has been taken in the preparation of your food. We also have Public Liability insurance of up to ten million pounds.

Typical Clients

We provide several services such as catering, venue styling, balloon decorations, event planning and organising, buffet and table waiting service, as well as other relevant services for weddings, birthday parties and corporate functions, both public and private.

We have previously provided our services for corporate clients like the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, The Cooperative Development Society, London Healthcare Locums, Epping Forest District Council, The Brooke Place, etc, as well as several private functions including, weddings, birthdays, funerals, christenings, etc.

Credentials

We are members of the Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS), which ensures our compliance with food hygiene. We are also registered with the Food Standards Agency in our local council with the highest Food Hygiene rating of 5. We also have a public liability insurance coverage of up to 10 million pounds for your peace of mind. Our caterers all hold Level 2 Food Hygiene certification and our Manager has also undergone training on food hazards and holds a Level 2 HACCP certification.

Lovely Food

Incredible Food!!!!

The food that we ordered from this company for our wedding was as expected. All the guests enjoyed the food and were also able to take some home because the quantities were as requested. The communication with Ayo was very professional and she delivered the food on time. My favourite was the goat stew. I would definitely use the company again for any catering requirements.

Thank you for the lovely food you provided for our event, everyone enjoyed it and the food was a great part of the day. Ayo also went to purchase take away containers for us to take the extra food home, this was very much appreciated by staff.
