Slowly cooking the hog roast to ensure maximum flavour and the most succulent meat you can get. Want something different for your event? How about our pulled beef 'n' yorkie wraps combining slow roasted British silverside beef with Yorkshire pudding drizzled with tasty gravy!

Or how about a BBQ with over 100 flavours of sausages to chose from including blue wicked & blueberry or Jagermeister! I'm sure we have a flavour or two that'll really impress, also chicken fillet wraps, gourmet burgers and a whole range of other delights & sides! For event/ festival catering we serve breakfast through to after midnight if required with special menus too. We hold a 5 rating (the highest you can get) and are fully insured, have current hygiene certificates & gas safety certificates for all of our equipment.
