Welcome to Jasper’s Catering Mansfield! We provide buffet catering to businesses in Mansfield and other parts of the North Nottinghamshire area. We are passionate about food – making it, eating it, serving it - and providing great service. Here at Jasper’s Catering that’s exactly what we do. We’ve built a thriving buffet catering business from scratch with a loyal customer base that we always aim to please.
We are a husband and wife team who started the business in summer 2012. We’ve got a brilliant team behind us, who all feel the same way we do, which is key to our success. Whether we are catering for a small client meeting, a large product launch or a team building event, we always plan the day so that everything runs as smoothly as possible. That's why we are "Your Catering Experts".
One of the most enjoyable things we do is the BBQs at Go Ape in Sherwood Pines throughout the summer. Not only are we all now expert BBQers, we get to laugh at people coming off the course, up to their eyeballs in mud. We try to do our bit and raise money for local charities – sometimes this is through working with our customers and other times it’s through hosting our own events.
With more choice than any other caterer, Jasper’s Mansfield offers a range of buffet food for meetings, training courses and other events. Our well-loved Classic Buffet Catering offers a wide selection of sandwich platters, finger foods as well as breakfasts, afternoon tea and drinks. This ever-popular range of buffet food is complimented by our other buffet food ranges: Tapas, Bamboo and Picnic.
Tapas offers Spanish and South American-inspired buffet food served in traditional ceramic cazuelas and on custom-made Jasper’s oak boards: deliciously different sharing food. Bamboo is contemporary buffet food to share based on mid-Atlantic cuisine and Picnic is perfect buffet food on the go: favourites such as scotch eggs and strawberries & cream served in windowed boxes

Great collaboration
Jaspers worked with us to provided a BBQ at this years Robin Hood Festival at Sherwood Forest Visitors centre. Paula, Andy and their team worked incredibly hard to ensure the event was a success. I found them to be hard working, dedicated and highly motivated professionals. nothing was too much trouble, they met every challenge with a can do attitude and a smile on their face. They even custom built a castle frontage to match the event! 5*
