Joanna Parker is a graduate of Leith’s School of Food and Wine and in hotel and hospitality management, which means that her food is delicious and your menu choices will be thoroughly enjoyed by you and your guests. She loves food and sources only the best ingredients, local and seasonal wherever possible, creating great tasting food for you.

With over 25 years experience in catering and event management, including as Food and Beverage Manager in 5 star hotels, Joanna will ensure that your event, whether large or small, will be well organised and a huge success allowing you to simply relax and enjoy the occasion.

Gorgeous food & amazing service!

We used Joanna Parker to cater for a summer garden party for 80 people in July 2025. The food was simply delicious (canapés & bbq buffet) and so beautifully presented. Joanna's calm demeanour when the heavens opened and we had to move our planned outdoor event inside was brilliant! Her staff were also excellent - ensuring that we were able to have a lovely relaxed time at party. Joanna returned the following morning and served the most delicious bacon roll breakfast. I would not hesitate to recommend Joanna and her team - they were professional, friendly and the food was excellent - I would definitely use them again for any future events.
