I am a head chef based on the Isle of Wight and over the past 15 years have worked in many restaurants and love it, but have decided to venture out and offer a more personal service. Private catering has not only allowed me to be more creative as a chef, but able to provide my customers with a meal to remember.

I pride myself on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and making all of my food from scratch. Whether the event be a dinner party for 8, or a wedding of 300, I can design a menu with you to suit your occasion & needs.
