About Koncept Productions

Koncept Productions Ltd are one of the most trusted names in event stage hire. Having been in the event production business for more than 20 years we have the experience to provide the highest quality service available. We have multiple sizes of outdoor stages for hire. From a 3m x 3m DJ stage to our 12m x 6m festival stage.

We also provide very high quality sound and lighting services for almost any live event, big or small. And to top everything off, our own registered electricians can take care of all the onsite power and lighting requirements to ensure there is enough power to run the entire show reliably and safely.

Once we have the details of your event we will provide a free comprehensive proposal, with all the technical information you need, so you can be sure you are getting exactly what you need. We will also provide all the detailed measurements of our stages, showing exactly how much space you have for the performances and the exact sizes for getting your own branding made to customise the stage for your event. We can also provide any printed branding through our partnered suppliers.

Typical Clients

Many of our clients prefer to have one supplier for their stage, sound and lighting services, but why? Well time and cost are the biggest factors. Because we know our stages and we know the requirements of our own sound and lighting equipment, we can be setting up the lighting and sound while the stage is still being set up. On average we can have our most popular 8m x 6m stage set up with a large sound system and impressive lighting rig in less than 3 hours. So for one day events that start at 10 or 11am, we can arrive early in the morning, run the show into the evening and be off site the same day. This means our costs are lower and you get charged a lot less for the stage production.

We have been providing our services to all types of client. From the UK's top festivals to the local village fete. Our team can bring their professionalism and experience to add that personal touch to our service. A fantastic company to work with

These guys did a fantastic job! Having never worked with Koncept before I was really apprehensive before the event. But as soon as they arrived I was put completely at ease. The crew got straight to work and were calm and professional throughout the day, no matter how much of a flap I was in. I can't recommend them enough. The quality of service, the standard of their equipment and the shear experience they have I couldn't have be happier. They are already booked for next year!!

Perfect service !!

I needed two additional pieces of staging last minute for an show. Koncept responded super quick, their communication was clear and informative and their prices were unmatched by other quotes I received.
