After talking to a few mobile bar providers, I found La Champagnerie and they were great. Very flexible with requirements and could fit to my budget.
On the day itself, the service was impeccable. As the host I'd sometimes order a drink and then have to go to the door to greet some guests - Pilar would find me with my drink :)
