What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer we would need. Date of event, brief explanation of the occasion, estimated number of tables if your package includes table balloons - whether this is an indoor or outdoor event. From this information provided we can then use our expertise to accommodate your requests.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, we would ask that you can confirm in as much detail of what you are after in order for us to specify exactly what you're looking for as we have a mixed variety of options which can be easily confused. Balloons_by_kelmcx all started as a hobby which soon turned out to expand very quickly as I grew a passion for balloons. We soon realised that there is a demand for our Balloons & Event Décor that it was time we made It official. Our Business is family run which gives a friendly and happy service every time.

WOW!, We have had a lot of bookings through this platform and look forward to growing within the platform. If we had to pick our favourite, it would have to be the 40th Birthday party organised by 1 lady's husband completely based on Instagram-able photos she liked. This event totally blew us away as once we had went in and worked our magic the room was transformed into a total Instagram-able photoshoot. The Client was completely blown away & to see his wife's reaction was amazing too! Guests had a fantastic time and we were lucky enough to be tagged in the wonderful photos provided on social media.
