What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to provide an accurate quote, we would need the event date and venue, the type of event (birthday party, baby shower, prom etc), number of guests and whether it is an indoor or outdoor event. If there is an event theme or colour scheme, please let us know.
We would then be able to propose different event packages for you to choose from. We've got packages to suit every budget and event size.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the provider about the kind of balloons they use. Good quality air-filled balloon displays will last much longer and look a lot better. Also, ask them if they specialise in a specific type of event. If you are having a child's birthday party, you may want to go with a provider who specialises in children's parties

I have a passion for providing magical memories for our clients. At Funfairy, we love to make children's dreams come true. Every child is unique, so their parties should be, too. Ultimate fun for kids is our goal and we pursue it with every sense of duty and commitment. I started Funfairy in order to create classy and fun parties for children and the young at heart!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Out very first booking with Add to Event was a 1st birthday party for in Nuneaton. We provided beautiful indoor and outdoor balloon decorations in the client's home. It went smoothly. The client was very pleased and gave an excellent review. All the guests loved the decor and had fun taking pictures with our balloon backdrop. I have recommended, and would definitely continue to recommend Add to Event to other event planners and decorators.
