Life's Little Parties offer a variety of children's party packages. Their most popular package is aimed at children, toddlers - primary age. This runs for a total of 2 hours and includes; music, lights, fun and games, face paint and balloon models per child.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To give you a final price for your event we need to know;
*the date and time/timings of the booking
*the location of the event
*the event type
*how many children you expect

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Build a basic scene or the provider. For example, be aware of the location and how many children you are expecting. It doesn't matter if these things alter slightly but gives us something to work with. Also, get a few quotes from other entertainers and build a rapport with them. This way, you will get a better understanding of the packages they offer and they will be able to talk you through the various options. Have a few key questions written down if it helps..."what do you offer?" "is there a separate fee for extras (face paint/balloon models/magic)" "what do You think would work best" We do what we do and we all believe our packages are the best. Ask your potential providers what they think would work best for you. In the past, I have dropped a 2 hour party down to an hour because I thought it would be more beneficial to the children participating and also saves the customer some pennies!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started this business because I enjoy seeing children laugh and play with their family and friends creating everlasting memories!

Life's little parties began as a notepad scribbling in 2020 as the world entered lockdown. I was working for a well established company before this that started me with my passion for entertaining children -so much so, that I still cover work for them today!

Having worked in the education system for 10+ years from nursery nurse to teaching assistant, with a stint onboard cruise ships in-between I understand how children develop and are all individuals. with this experience I have created multiple party packages that are fun and engaging for all children from babies/toddlers to those in primary school.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have been inundated with potential bookings through my inbox! Many ask the same question - do I cover the area. I cover most of the North West and all my prices include travel allowance, face painting, balloon models and a certificate per child. I had a customer reach out to me via Add to Event to host a birthday party for their child. They gave the information such as the location, estimated number of children etc and I was able to build a package to suit them. Communication is key, the customer had my contact details from day one and was actively encouraged to ask me anything. The party went well, children and parents were very happy!
