What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to provide an accurate quote for your great event I need to know the core details.

Event date, type of event, is a specific genre of music required, the number of guests, start & finish times, location address, indoor or outdoor, stairs or lift if on upper levels, is an early set-up required, is there any specific equipment you require?

From these details and my experience, I can provide a detailed quotation to suit your requirements.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A show consisting of a set-up could consist of many things, therefore if this is not clear, always ask for more detailed information to ensure this will be suitable and meet your requirements.

What equipment is being provided within the stated package of the service/s being offered?

Can additional equipment or items be added, maybe you require something very large or UV lighting, can a list be provided of with clear costs?

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I was born into music having keyboards, saxophones and drums in my life as both my parents were musicians and music teachers, while attending events that my father performed at, while later playing drums.

Having so much music in my system, to see how music and entertainment brought so much joy to people, the possibilities seemed endless.

My passion for varied genres and decades of music has not stopped growing, I am currently writing and scripting my own.
I thoroughly enjoy vast styles of music while making special occasions into fantastic events.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

My experience here on Add to Event has been enjoyable while learning something new at the same time.

I have had various bookings on this platform, near and far, Birthdays, Weddings, PA Hire, Christmas & New year parties to name a few!

It would difficult to name a particular event that stood out, as when you work with your Client (Booker) the Client works with you, and this in turn "Works for all the party Guests" making each event special in its own right.

Your business certainly has more exposure along with being able to grow being a supplier on Add to Event, this is now my fourth year.
