Easy, efficient, organised & some very tasty food

"John provided a great spread for a 50th birthday. It was easy to arrange the details with him and he made sure that we and our guests had a wonderful meal. He was on time and set up easily and the food was served when needed and he was great at letting guests know to go back for 2nds etc. The food was great and plenty to go around. The Burgers and Pulled Pork were very popular."
