What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a quote, we would require the date of the event, time and location of the event. Due to the nature of our services, all outdoor bookings need to be on grass so we would need to know the customer understands this.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask what the service is they are offering and what’s included in the package so the customer is aware of the quote they have been given. Check for reviews from previous clients.

There is a great demand for bouncy castles hire and I have a great team behind me so I knew if I started this I can manage this throughout the week which I have done.
