What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, number of guests and what product they are requesting for their event, so we can with our experience help our customers have a great day.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly ask the provider about the product they are offering, ask if suitable in all weather conditions and their deposit scheme. It isn't always about looking for the cheapest quote but the most reliable and the one that seems right for you. Always ask us the questions you want to ask, we'll try our best to answer them.

It the Little Things - Party Hire was started by having our own children and thinking about all the families out there that would love to hire soft plays and bouncy castles at an affordable price! We continued to grow our business and add more products to hire out to help everyone create special memories with their loved ones.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Wow!! we have had so many requests through this platform! We had a booking through Add to Event that covered all 4 of the bank holidays, keeping us and our bouncy castles busy! And we also now have had a few bookings for the next year to look forward to already! The customers are forever helpful and thankful!
