What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For Amaze & Graze to provide the perfect personal quote we just need to know the event date, the
location, a short brief about the type of event and how many guests we would be feeding. A budget guide is always a useful tool! Then just leave the rest to us!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you're looking for catering that will WOW with taste as well as visually - that's what we do! Every one of our graze displays is bespoke and is created using fresh, locally sourced produce. Our tables are completely flexible and can be adapted to accommodate any dietary requirements - including vegan, vegetarian and gluten intolerant - we also cater for mini grazers too! Our tables truly are a work of edible art!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Amaze & Graze was created following a passion for food and for feeding my friends and family. I have always worked in a creative environment and wanted to use my skills in incorporating food. I trialled a graze table at a friend's baby shower and the business took off from there. We are absolutely passionate about every graze we create - be it from a platter for 2 to a 6-metre table that feeds 200!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have used Add to Event since starting my business and have found their service so useful. We have catered several events including a stunning 3 metre graze for a lovely lady's 40th birthday. She had no idea her husband had organised everything and she was blown away by our table. We personalised the graze with some of her favourite foods and even dressed the table with her favourite flowers!
