"Maureen and Monika provided a superb Caribbean banquet for our party. The choice of dishes was fantastic and the flavours were so delicious. Whilst we had lots of different dishes, to cater for all tastes, they all complemented each other. Maureen and Monika worked tirelessly to set up the buffet and to clear up and package the leftovers for us to enjoy later. I could not recommend them enough and we thought they provided excellent value for money. I particularly liked the fact that Maureen provided both spicy and mild versions of some of the dishes. They adjusted the menu and were open to discussions over price point (we keep our pitch fee low) and to serve plain items etc. They served hundreds of happy customers delicious food, at a fast pace, and the feedback was unanimously excellent. Some people even bought two meals for themselves. The truck looks great too so added to the event! We will be booking them again!"
