What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to give the best quote to a customer, we would need to know the type of event, date, time, venue, age range and estimated number of guests. Additional information that is also helpful would include is it inside or outside, include going up or down stairs, will there be access to an electric plug socket. From this we would be able to give the best quote from our experience.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, ask the entertainer if your date is available this can save a lot of time if there already booked. If the date is available then go ahead and find more information about the children's entertainer, such as experience, what services can be provided and what packages are available. Also always try to book as early as possible to avoid losing the date as a lot of providers diaries fill up quickly.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Fabaloony started at the beginning of June 2018 as a family run business after having worked for many other companies and around the globe. We decided it was time go alone and be the best valued entertainment service we can be. Fabaloony is made up of two entertainers - Ricko & Lian who together have over 20 years of experience in entertainment and child care. This makes the perfect combination for the best parties around due to the passion and hard work they both put in to make your event something to remember.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Add to Event is fabulous and we have had many bookings through this platform that we are so happy about. To pick one would be very hard, but the one I always remember is fire performing in front of hundreds of people for a wedding where I teamed up with drummers to perform and we made a real carnival party atmosphere. Guests were amazed by what we pulled off and had lots of good response afterwards which always gives you a great confidence boost.
