Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

It actually happened by accident! We had a trailer that we had converted to sell slushies out of, and we had our first event booked in; who asked us if we could fill in last minute for a cocktail provision at a local one-day festival.

From there, we continued to operate at this event every year and word soon got out about our cocktails.

Then one event led to another and the next thing we had a full summer of events on the calendar!
