What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We would require to know the location, the number of guests and whether they require wet hire (we supply everything), dry hire (the customer provides everything and only requires a bartender and their equipment) or a cash bar where we attend with a range of popular cocktails and spirits.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Advise the bartender what cocktails you and your guests will like, some prefer sweeter cocktails where other guests enjoy something more bitter. It’s good to have an idea of what the guests will enjoy so we can create a good solid menu.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
CC Cocktails was born during lockdown by a former solicitor. Not realising the business would take off the director continued to juggle both. Now she runs the company full time with the help of her staff! She started off with 6 basic cocktails and has since taught herself over 47 recipes and her cocktails are well-loved throughout Glasgow. The company has gone from cocktail deliveries around Glasgow to providing bar hire at weddings and corporate events all over the UK. The company has achieved great things in under a year!
