What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To get the best possible quote/costings from BnT for your event, we need the following information.
Date of when your event will be, Possible timings for setting up prior to the event, expected number of guests and any theme you want for your "gathering".
The next stage in the BnT process to arrange a face to face so we can get to know you, the client (possibly have a "site" visit to go over logistics).
With all the above info BnT can put together a package as individual as you.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You ARE the customer and you want the best for your do.
So I would ask as many questions as possible:-
How long have been in the "trade"?
What can you offer me that is different?
Where do you get your "stock/ingredients from and so on.
You could also see if they have got any pointers or friends in the trade who can make your party even better.
Always ask for statements from previous clients to see how good they have been in the past.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Well having been in the world of hospitality for over 20 years working high street bars to golf clubs I gained a lot of experience.
I even won awards for my customer service!!
I wanted to offer something that was a bit different so taking elements of what I learned in the kitchen with flavours etc and the knowledge of the bar world.
It all started with a welcome drink for a private party (that is where I added my TWIST to a glass of prosecco!) and now it is slowing growing into a drinks business with a TWIST.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

My first booking through these guys was a private 50th birthday party with a James Bond theme, so I was able to create a bond themed menu and showcase my mixing skills and created a "Skyfall" cocktail (that included my in house Thai spiced Twisted Syrup!).
Then I was booked for a local music festival, it was a small affair but again I was able to showcase my Surrey Garden cocktail.
Both events went really well and they left great comments on ye olde social media (which in this day and age is very helpful!).
