"I wanted to demonstrate to my organisation what an inclusive catered lunch could look like. Every time we have a lunch event, it's your usual sandwiches and it doesn't reflect the cultures in our organisations. Gong's kitchen worked with me to develop a lunch menu that was diverse and reflected lots of cultures. We have patties, boa buns, Eid sweets, fritters, arancini, sandwiches and so much more. Colleagues absolutely loved the food. Gong's kitchen were professional, constantly in touch as we planned our event and they surpassed our expectations.
