Founded in 2005 by Scottish renowned culinary chef, Andrew Hamer, Wilde Thyme was born from Andrew’s passion of creating memorable food moments and experiences that would bring people together to enjoy good food, laughter and a food experience so memorable and distinct it left people wanting more.
People are at the heart of Wilde Thyme, and our team of culinary artists and event specialists harness their years of experience to delve into the realms of imagination. They creatively design bespoke menus and immersive ideas from concept to delivery, theming your event to appeal to a person's senses of sight, touch, taste, and smell.
Our team of award-winning culinary chefs include Craig Palmer Scottish Chef of the Year 2023.
Food sustainability is at the core of what we do and deliver. We work with a range of trusted suppliers and food producers who grow, harvest and farm all of our food. We work with our clients to theme menus using fresh local seasonal produce and ingredients ensuring our menus have full food traceability from farm to plate and are high in nutritional value.
