Heavenly Crepes
Heavenly Crepes provide catering services for various events throughout London and beyond. Their menu includes fresh, homemade vanilla French crepes, ice cream, milkshakes and smoothies - as well as buckwheat savoury galettes which are made to an authentic Brittany recipe. Another popular item are their Belgian waffles with Nutella or melted Belgian chocolate. With vegan and gluten-free recipes as part of their unique menu, Heavenly Crepes can cater for almost any event.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide our customers with a comprehensive quote, we require the event date, the likely number of guests attending and timings for service. It is also helpful to have a small background in the type of event being hosted, including location and the customers expectations. With this information, we are able to put together a competitive and bespoke quote that we think best suits our customer.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As we are a catering company, I would insist on requesting hygiene and food safety certifications.
Talk to the suppliers directly to get an understanding of what they provide and menu options available - ask how similar events to yours we set up and worked.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Annie & Kaz are avid food lovers, and enjoy experimenting with different recipes and kitchen gadgets. After plenty of product development, we discovered a small mobile creperie in need of some TLC for sale. We excitedly took over Heavenly Crepes and proceeded to add our own spin, including exciting new menu options. We found that every customer has different requirements so we offer bespoke menu choices and design based on their need.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Add to Event has been fantastic, the site is easy to navigate through for both businesses and customers. We have recommended Add to Event to a number of our catering & events colleagues who now also love it. One of our best events from this site has to be a corporate event in East London, it was a staff awards party, and everyone was very happy to see us there, with great feedback from the guests.
