What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We are very used to helping customers plan their events and help them with timings and what they might need to make it a party to remember but to start with we need the date, the venue, the number of guests, the name of the event and if it is indoor or outdoor.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have a website and a presence on social media. Check out their policies, insurance and testimonials. Talk to the supplier by email or messenger or on the phone and enable them to build up a picture of what you require so they can use their expertise and experience to assist you.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Justin started off as a DJ many years ago and has evolved the company into 3 successful companies, the DJ agency, the Event Hire company and the Inflatables company, hence the name Evo. We are now a complete event hire solutions company. Our passion is music, lighting and event management and all our staff have the same passion. We are a family business and we care about our customers and want them to tell their friends about us!
