What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To enable me to provide an accurate quote I need to know the type of event the date, location, timings and if there are any specific music requirements. In addition, the number of guests is useful along with the age range.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly ask a provider about what they offer and also about their experience within their field along with details of recommendations, how they would make your event special and why you should use their services.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Rich's Party tunes began life six years ago I had previously DJ'd using hired equipment and I wanted to have my own business in this area, as I love music and the thought of providing a memorable event for my clients. I have over the years built up a lot of positive feedback, repeat business and recommendations.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I have had some good experience with Add to Event including one done at short notice to cover someone who had been let down and the evening went so well, the client really enjoyed the evening and was very happy with my services.
