What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote for our drone, videography, and photography services we need your event date, a brief description of the type of event including the venue/s, whether it is an indoor or outdoor event, and the duration of filming or photography required. From this we will use our experience in event filming and photography to provide you with a detailed quote.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, ask the provider about the service they offer. They may only quote for providing raw footage from filming, or they may quote to edit the footage together. Also, establish how many camera operators there will be. It's often possible to film and photograph an event with one camera operator but more operators give you more comprehensive coverage and different angles. View the service provider's portfolio and decide whether you like the look, style, and quality of their work. Finally, for drone providers it's wise to check they are suitably licensed and insured for the event.

Aircam Drone Services began as a drone filming and photography company but has quickly established itself as a leading provider of filming and photography for events, providing both aerial and ground footage. We are dedicated to providing a friendly, professional, and comprehensive service, this is reflected in our excellent reviews from our clients on Add To Event and elsewhere.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have received several bookings through Add To Event, all of which have resulted in successful jobs and happy clients. One particular booking saw us providing the filming and photography for an event held for the employees of ABInbev, the brewers of Budweiser Beer. We were tasked with capturing this event at the client's extensive Magor Brewery, capturing both video and photography to be used for internal promotion.
