I'm Ed, founder of ShotgunMedia, a Bristol-based multi-camera video and photography team. This summer I ran full multicam coverage on the Red Bull Reactor and Anara Forest stages at Boomtown, plus shoots at Lakota, Gemfest and Stokes Croft Block Party. I'm also a Getty Images-affiliated photographer with editorial credits in the Guardian, the Independent and Politico.

For corporate and private events I bring the same production standard: a 6-camera multicam setup, drone aerials, and a fast turnaround edit, so you get broadcast-quality coverage without the multi-week wait.

My background is split between two worlds: two years as a shipboard photographer for Royal Caribbean International aboard Wonder of the Seas (2024–2025) — shooting formal portraits, events and excursions for thousands of guests across back-to-back sailings in a fast-paced, zero-reshoot environment — and building ShotgunMedia, a 6-camera multicam production team covering major festivals including Boomtown (Red Bull Reactor and Anara Forest stages) and Gemfest.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Photojournalism and Documentary Filmmaking, editorial credits via Getty Images in the Guardian, the Independent and Politico, and a first-place BPPA award. I'm also STCW Basic Safety Trained and DBS-checked, so I'm just as comfortable working in professional, safety-conscious environments as I am on a festival stage.
