What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

The more information the better, it's really helpful to know what the event is, where is it going to be held, eg. in a hall, in your house, in a field. Tell us what you are looking for or if you are unsure let us know some ideas you've had and we can help you fill in the gaps. If you can tell us a bit about the event, eg who will be attending and what you are looking to achieve we can get to work with the best options for you.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a supplier, it's important to find someone who is enthusiastic about your event, because then they are going to go above and beyond to help you make it special. Ask them for details on when they have done a similar event before, do they have photos to share, reviews of past customers. Find out how they work in terms of what you need to do to secure the booking and when payment is required. Ultimately pick the supplier that you feel will do the best job for you.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We've been working in events and entertainment for over 20 years, providing entertainment at a vast number of events, it's our passion and what we love doing. In 2022 a friend of mine was selling her bubble equipment and I brought it off her thinking it would be good for the events I run and attend as an extra, I then started practising and loved working with bubbles, so In a bubble was formed, we've now combined all our skills from years in the industry and started a full and multiskilled entertainment agency, putting all our passions together to provide a range of services, every day is different, and we have worked all over the country providing entertainment at events.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We've had so many great contacts through Add to Event, I highly recommend it. Using the platform means I no longer have to search for leads, they all come to me so I can spend time focusing on the things, that are important to me and improving our service.

I'm not sure how I can pick just one booking, but I'm currently working with an organisation, to plan their corporate festival, planning and organising festivals is something I love, and the client has been so great to work with.
