What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide an accurate quote we will ask you to complete an event assessment form which tells us more about your event and the risks involved then we can provide the correct number of staff and equipment for your event to go ahead safely. We work on risk assessment, not budgets.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find out exactly what grades the staff are and if they are certified ie FREC (First Response Emergency Care) if they say they are EMTs or Techs they should be IHCD, AAP or FREUC 5 and Paramedics should be registered with the HCPC. Please also check they are insured and the level of insurance covers them properly.

Advance Medical Solutions (UK) Ltd was set up in 2012, our aim was and still is to provide quality cover at events, cover based on need, not budgets. We have many events that have returned each year since 2012 for some, they come back because they like how we operate and trust us to always do a great job.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have done a few events through Add to Event and we have found many of our clients from word of mouth. We have an Add to Event logo on our website that helps to promote Add to Event as well as showing people that we can also be found here.
