What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, Rescue One Medical would recommend to all event organisers to ensure appropriate vetting, staff training and equipment is up to date, serviceable, compliant and legal. Always ask your provider for an Event Medical Plan, Copies of Insurance Certifications and if using registered Healthcare Professionals you hold the right to request the individuals ID Pin for the HCPC, GMC and NMC. Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Rescue One Medical was founded by the Director having worked in a number of regulated providers and things not being done right, some corners cut, and patients becoming everything but the primary focus. The time has come to set an example and ensure all services are provided safely, no corners are cut and organisers are not misled into expensive services unnecessarily whilst maintaining a safe environment where patients ALWAYS come first.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Rescue One Medical achieved one booking via Add To Event, which I am sure will be one of many to come. We managed to maintain the client from a small community fete, gain further recognition to our services and now we provide provisions to a further 6 clients just from one enquiry. I have recommended Add To Event to all other service providers I know including other industries for food, logistics and more.
