What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We need to know the location and timings of the event and how many people you are expecting to attend the event. Also a brief description of the event type and if it’s an outdoor or indoor event. From this information we can then develop a quote for you.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly you should make sure that you hire a company that has all the relevant insurance, this would include medical malpractice as well as public liability insurance. As well as what equipment will be supplied.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started Event Medical Solutions Ltd why I was working for the NHS as I used to provide cover for different companies and knew that I could successfully run a business in this industry and use the skills and knowledge I have gained from the NHS to help clients make their events run smoothly and hopefully incident-free.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

As we are new to this platform we are still looking forward to our first booking through Add to Event.
